Staying safe at home is a perfect time to concentrate on perfecting your skincare routine! Though we may be staying indoors more often, it’s important to make sure we’re taking care of our skin.

Did you know that skin helps us fight off bugs, allergens, toxins, and carcinogens? Not only does a good skincare routine help strengthen our immune system, it’s also a great way to practice self-care and self-compassion. And what better way to treat yourself by making your own nourishing face masks!

Face masks are one great way to layer a little “me time” into your day, and for the ultimate Self-Care Sunday, spend an extra 30 minutes with yourself and your INNOVO shorts. Your pelvic floor will thank you :)

Each one of these mask recipes from Marie Claire uses ingredients easily found in your kitchen. Pick your favorite, gather your ingredients, and get ready for glowing, hydrated skin.
