Spring has well and truly arrived; despite the unseasonably cold weather we've been having lately.
Longer days, blue skies, sunshine, fresh blooms and invites for weekend picnics in the park, the countdown has officially begun for the Summer Season. We tend to put a lot of pressure on ourselves in the lead up to the warmer months, trying to achieve the perfect ‘summer bod’, whether that involves smashing it out at Bootcamp on a Saturday morning, or depriving ourselves of those delicious treats that keep us in the all too important ‘sane’ headspace. No one needs that kind of pressure – we need to love and nourish ourselves, bumps and all!
We’ve discovered some healther, and less 'naughty' alternatives to those delicious spring/summer indulgences, to keep your mind and body in its happy place! You can thank us later...
