How does it work?
Schedule an appointment at a time that works for you and your schedule. Our Product Expert will call you on the phone number provided at your scheduled appointment time to answer your questions.
What should I have ready for the call?
If possible, please have your your fully charged INNOVO controller, your connector cords, and shorts on or close by for sizing or troubleshooting questions.
Is this a video call?
No, this is a telephone support call.
My INNOVO is showing Errors, can we review this on the call?
Yes, we are happy to help with any errors your experiencing. For the best use of time, if possible, please come to your appointment with your INNOVO shorts on.
